John's Automotive Care

John’s Automotive is a first class operation. They’ve done work on my Lexus and my Scion and I am extremely happy with the results, including their pricing. I’m retired from 45 years of owning my own trucking business and maintaining my trucks. That qualifies me to give Johns Automotive a Five out of five stars. Money well spent for when I have my family in the cars They have earned my trust and respect. Also a special shout out and thanks to Bryan who kept me well informed of all the work and got me my car back on time. I will be back.

The work performed seems to be great. My car is running well. Customer service is outstanding at John’s. Kayla is quite personable, as well as efficient, polite and professional. Overall I am very pleased and always choose John’s for my auto care.

Absolutely phenomenal service! The team is incredibly knowledgeable and offers a fantastic multitude of services, but what really blew me away was their thorough inspection and top-tier communication. My absolute favorite part of the experience was the digital report they generated afterward. It uses a brilliant color-coded system that makes everything so easy to understand: Red for immediate needs, Yellow for things to watch, and Green for perfect condition. It completely takes the guesswork out of car maintenance. I cannot recommend them enough!

I went in for an oil change. My first time since losing a very good mechanic to cancer. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, attention to detail and competent work. Bonus was a complete report on my car and what may need work in the future, but no pressure to do it now. Extra bonus points was the ride to home and back again. I will definitely make them my regular.

Incredible mechanic shop! I have been taking my car to John’s for years, the team here is honest and hardworking. I fully trust when my vehicle is in their hands. I recently had a used car taken into their shop for inspection before purchase. They found some major issues with the vehicle, which ultimately helped me make the wise decision to not purchase this vehicle. They saved me thousands of dollars in repairs with their honest inspection of the vehicle. Everyone on the team is professional and transparent. They take care of the community and I’m happy to give this shop service!
